Easy Returns
Items in their original condition and packaging are able to be returned within 10 days from receipt for an even exchange or refund less a 25% re-stocking fee. If exchanging, there will be another shipping fee. All items are returned later than 10 days after receipt or not in original packaging or in damaged or tampered with packaging will be refunded less a 50% re-packaging, correction and/or stock balance charge. The packaging of the item, must not be torn, cut, written on or bent out of shape. The product must not have any sign of wear. Sale items are not refundable or returnable

In the event that an item is shipped incorrectly or defective, it will be replaced at no charge (if a refund is requested for it, then the restocking charge will apply.) Returns which result in customer retention of less than the minimum will not be refunded and the merchandise will be returned to the customer.

Hours of operations are: Mo – Fri from 10am Eastern Time until 6pm Eastern Time.

Allow up to 7 days for delivery to us and another 7 days to process your request once the package is received.

Cancellations
Cancellations on any product already shipped will be treated as a return. Orders over $500, custom orders (orders for products in any other way than they are stocked) are not cancelable.

Order Changes
We are not able to change orders once they are placed.  Sometimes, in an emergency case, we can do it; but it is never guaranteed.  Due to our consolidated shipping, multiple pickups throughout the day and dependence on proper ordering, we can only guarantee to try to change the order (in an emergency instance.)

Minimum Style quantities
There is no minimum quantity to order per style
